Shrewsbury Prison offers the perfect, authentic prison location for filming. Boasting over four acres of space, it features original Victorian prison buildings and cells that spread over four floors, making it the ideal space for companies looking for film production locations.
Our film production location can tell the story of over 200 years of prison and social history. We play host to small scale productions, music videos and educational productions, through to medium scale entertainment and dramas, right up to major Hollywood blockbusters.
