Welcomed by a member of our dedicated customer service team, your journey will begin with a light breakfast accompanied by hot & cold refreshments. Your team will be shown to your conference and meeting spaces.
You can organise your own sessions or ask us to bring in one of our registered facilitators to lead specific sessions relating directly to your needs.

Once your morning session is finished, lunch will be served in the Prison Restaurant or, if you prefer, in a private setting solely for your team. Choose from our wide selection of menu options alongside our delicious desserts, all served with hot & cold refreshments.
After lunch, your Prison Officer will escort you to reception to begin your Prisoner Experience. Here, you’ll confess your crimes and be issued with your standard issue orange jumpsuit, before being placed into a holding cell. From there, your Prison Officer will escort you to your chosen activities.
